Philexfrance is the name of the international philatelic exhibitions organized in France in 1982, 1989 and 1999. The exhibition is an opportunity for collectors to discover exhibitions of collections, to meet foreign postal administrations and stamp dealers; philatelic associations organize activities to introduce stamp collecting to young people and the general public.
