
JONAL ArtCovers were created by artist Eunice Alter and Jack Stuckart, editor of the newsletter SPAN, in the early 1970s. JONAL ArtCovers is an exceptional example of hand-painted PNC (philatelic and numismatic) first day cover. Each cover is researched and designed so that the coin, stamp and illustration are inter-related and celebrate an important event or person.
